How can I cultivate my Feminine Energy quickly?

Women have repeatedly asked me what they need to do to develop their feminine energy.

The truth is: There is no magic secret to “Unleash your inner Goddess” or to be truly feminine. There is nothing specific to DO!

As women most of us are naturally feminine in our core energy. We are however often spending most of our time in our so called “animated masculine” energy because we have witnessed over time that it seems to be valued more highly than being more feminine.

Lights: On or Off?

I was moved by the story of an attractive voluptuous woman on a recent TV show, who had such a negative and distorted perception of her own body, that she had not been intimate or even slept in the same bed with her husband for years. This was not because they did not love eachother anymore, but simply because she felt insecure and unhappy about her figure and did not wish her husband to see her naked.

Why size matters !!!

I am talking about the metaphorical size of an organ we all share. Women and men alike.

Our heart

Whilst it is not the physical size of our heart that matters, the degree of energetic openness in our heart centre defines our ability and receptiveness to love.

So why is an open heart so important to us, especially as women?

It is only when we are opening our hearts fully that we can attract, give and fully receive the kind of love that we truly desire and deserve.

The three stages of opening our heart are:

Are women more competitive than men?

A while ago I was surprised to realise that although men are biologially predisposed to seek challenges as part of expressing their masculine nature and do therefore compete naturally, women have a much deeper and more hidden predisposition to compete amongst eachother.

Whilst for men competing can be playful and part of a game, that in fact creates a sense of belonging and companionship amongst a group of men, women are often competing on a deep level of the psyche which can almost feel like a life or death situation to them.

Have you ever watched a radiant, vibrant, feminine and open-hearted women entering a room, and although there was no energy of competition or ego coming from her, which might have served as a feable excuse for judgement, you still felt a deep seated almost physical sense of unfounded fear or pain. I noticed these feelings in myself and became puzzled as I believed myself to feel increasing love and appreciation for women.

Our feminine nature contains many facets, some of which we are consciously aware of, and others that are still deeply buried in our psyche but can strongly influence us. We are at times happier to focus on our nurturing, loving and connecting female sides than becoming aware and accepting our inherently fiercely protective and competitive aspects.

To embody the complexity of our feminine essence, we want to allow all our facets to consciously come to the forefront. This will help us to evolve as women and let go off old patterns that are no longer truly serving us.

At the beginning of human evolution the harsh environment made it a necessity for physical survival to divide roles acording to biological gender differences into nurturing and nestbuilding for women and hunting and fighting for men. Women were dependent on men for their physical survival and were necessarily competing amongst eachother for the attention of strong men who could protect them.

We no longer live in times like these, but on a deep level a lot of us still feel dependent on a men for physical or emotional survival. Some of us might feel that we need a man to provide financially for us for example.

How will I recognise my Twin Soul?

Whether we are presently with our twin soul in the physical world or not, we are always connected on the soul level. Because of the soul connection we share, the feelings we experience when we first meet our twin soul in person might be very different from an instant physical attraction or infatuation we might have felt with other romantic partners before. We might simply feel very comfortable or at ease with the other person. Our twin soul is likely to feel very familiar to us even though we just met. In some cases of twin souls they will even consciously remember shared past life experiences or will have dreamt about eachother before meeting.

The Story behind Kinetikus

Readers have previously asked me the following questions:

What inspired you to write Kinetikus?
Three years before writing Kinetikus I had left an unhappy marriage and was living as a single mum with a 2 year old, wondering where it had all gone wrong. I wrote down a list of everything I deeply wished for in a man and later made a commitment to not settle for anything less. An example of such a list is in my book.

How Infatuation is keeping us from the Love we deserve!

I recently spoke to a single friend who had been attracting several interesting and physically attractive men. She had enjoyed an intimate friendship with each of them and was puzzled that whenever she wanted to become physically intimate somehow they disappeared. During our talk it became clear that she had allowed herself to become infatuated with each of them before they left. So what is infatuation and why is it so dangerous? The definition of infatuation is “a foolish and usually extravagant passion or love or admiration”. This can lead to an entangled web of misconceptions and disappointments.

How can I become more radiant as a woman?

I love to share my favorite tips to increase our inner and outer radiance with you:
  1. Let’s drink plenty of clean, filtered water every day
Dr. Robert Young, author of the Ph-miracle, recommends as much as 3-4 litres or more a day. Our body consists of 70% water and needs water for all vital functions, but especially for cleansing and eliminating toxins. This is important for healthy glowing skin. In addition to drinking more, we also want to focus on eating foods high in water content like lettuce, cucumbers etc. too.
