What inspired you to write Kinetikus?
Three years before writing Kinetikus I had left an unhappy marriage and was living as a single mum with a 2 year old, wondering where it had all gone wrong. I wrote down a list of everything I deeply wished for in a man and later made a commitment to not settle for anything less. An example of such a list is in my book.

Then I detached and focused instead on my personal growth and how I could contribute to others. When I met my husband Joseph only 6 months later it was the beginning of a love that continues to grow our hearts every day. I was overflowing with love when I wrote Kinetikus and wanted to share the truths I had learnt to help others manifest a soulmate relationship. Kinetikus is also a story of a sensual awakening. I felt it was important to talk openly about intimacy as so many of us are unhappy and confused in this area. 

How much of the novel is based on your own experience?
Although Kinetikus has a high percentage of autobiographical content, it is not about me. It is about the Divine Lover in each of us and our potential to grow and awaken to a higher love together.

How did you meet your husband and twinsoul Joseph?
There are no coincidences in life. The 7 steps to manifesting anything, including a soulmate relationship, which I have identified through my personal experience and which are in line with the universal law of attraction are: 1. We have a desire or sense of lack, 2. We become clear about what we really want, 3. We take positive action towards our goal, 4. We expect and visualize great results, 5. We detach and trust, 6. We feel grateful and contribute and 7. We celebrate our results. Quite late a refined looking man walked into the pub and came straight to our table. Joseph had been invited by a friend of my acquaintance and never been to the pub before either. Although I did not know him, an intuition told me that he was coming from New York. We talked for a long time and I felt very comfortable with him. When it was closing time he looked at me and said: “You speak my language” and asked me politely for my business card. At a later stage he told me that he had been to New York before meeting me.
